My project management background includes experience in software engineering and education. Over the years, I have worked successfully in a number of very different corporate cultures and environments.

Strengths include: Excellent Work Ethics, High level of initiative, effort, and commitment to public service; proactive and achievement-oriented; self-motivated; in pursuit of self-development; seeking feedback from others and opportunities to master new knowledge.

I believe that a job search is about looking for the right fit and I hope this site provides insight into my background, expertise and personality so that we might make the right match.

I set high standards for myself and for my team. I strive to always recognize and reward high performance and I coach employees and team members to do the same. It is much too easy to get caught up in day-to-day work and forget to acknowledge those around us, but organizational success depends upon building a culture which motivates and inspires.
